    • Tolerance and logic level analyses for secondary flight control units (hydraulic & climate control)
  • Preparation and support of the certification of safety-relevant universal control units by the TÜV (mobile & stationary construction and agricultural machinery)
  • Implementation of FMEAs for safety-relevant universal control devices (mobile and stationary construction & agricultural machinery) as well as for a landing gear concept (eVTOL aircraft)
  • Team lead and FMEA management of design-FMEAs for an eVTOL propulsion system (e-motor + Motor Control Unit) in accordance with ARP4761A  / CS-23  / CS-25 
  • Development and testing of various assembly groups/modules (wiring harness, power distribution, charging management, EMC) for 2 e-mobility projects
